These are both similar solutions to your use case. That needs a critical mass of users to make it possible though, which is very hard for startups bootstrapping with limited capital.
But I doubt that the demographic that likes Splosh is the same that just expects to get this at the grocery store for commodities, they probably aren't paying attention.
